Dl.\u00a0T\u00d3TH este membru al re\u021belei cercet\u0103torilor &#8220;<em>European Non-Territorial Autonomy Network (ENTAN)<\/em>&#8221; specializat\u0103 \u00een studierea minorit\u0103\u021bilor na\u021bionale \u0219i etnice \u00een Europa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv2770783396ydp68c820c0MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"RO\">Dl\u00a0T\u00d3TH\u00a0urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 realizeze o cercetare la subiectul protec\u021biei minorit\u0103\u021bilor na\u021bionale \u00een Republica Moldova. \u00cen acest sens sunt preconizate o serie de \u00eentrevederi cu cadrele didactice din cadrul Departamentului Drept Interna\u021bional \u0219i European \u0219i Departamentul Dreptul Public, dar \u0219i reprezentan\u021bii institu\u021biilor de stat av\u00e2nd competen\u021be \u00een domeniul protec\u021biei minorit\u0103\u021bilor na\u021bionale.
