{"id":13294,"date":"2023-06-23T11:37:14","date_gmt":"2023-06-23T08:37:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/drept.usm.md\/?p=13294"},"modified":"2023-06-23T11:51:40","modified_gmt":"2023-06-23T08:51:40","slug":"delegatie-poloneza-in-vizita-la-facultatea-de-drept-a-usm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/drept.usm.md\/?p=13294","title":{"rendered":"Delega\u0163ie polonez\u0103 \u00een vizit\u0103 la Facultatea de Drept a USM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span lang=\"RO-MO\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; color: #333333;\">\u00cen vederea identific\u0103rii \u015fi dezvolt\u0103rii domeniilor de cooperare de interes comun, la invita\u0163ia Facult\u0103\u021bii de Drept a USM, o delega\u0163ie din cadrul Facult\u0103\u021bii de Drept \u0219i Administra\u021bie a Universit\u0103\u021bii din Var\u0219ovia au efectuat \u00een perioada 20-22 iunie 2023 o vizit\u0103 la Chi\u015fin\u0103u.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span lang=\"RO-MO\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; color: #333333;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span lang=\"RO-MO\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; color: #333333;\">Aceasta vine ca urmare a unor discu\u0163ii privind o eventual\u0103 colaborare purtate de c\u0103tre conducerea Facult\u0103\u021bii de Drept a USM, desf\u0103\u015furat\u0103 \u00een perioada 6-10 iunie 2023 \u00een ora\u015ful Var\u0219ovia, Republica Polon\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span lang=\"RO-MO\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; color: #333333;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span lang=\"RO-MO\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; color: #333333;\">Delega\u021bia polonez\u0103 a fost reprezentat\u0103 de: Profesor Robert Jastrz\u0119bski, Prof. Micha\u0142 Warci\u0144ski, Dr Beata Marczewska, Dr Jaros\u0142aw Tur\u0142ukowski, Ja &#8211; glawa Centra pi Issledowaniju Prawa Wostocznoj Jewropy i Centralnej Azii, Micha\u0142 Warci\u0144ski &#8211; Sudja Konstitucyonnogo Tribunala.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span lang=\"RO-MO\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; color: #333333;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 7.5pt 0cm;\"><span lang=\"RO-MO\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; color: #333333;\">\u00cen cadrul \u00eentrevederilor de lucru cu colegii din Polonia au fost abordate subiecte ce \u0163in de stabilirea unei colabor\u0103ri intense cu entitatea de profil a Poloniei (Universitatea din Var\u0219ovia), asigurarea continuit\u0103\u021bii activit\u0103\u021bilor \u00een cadrul \u0219colii de drept polonez, dezvoltarea unui noi platforme de colaborare \u0219tiin\u021bifico-didactic\u0103. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span lang=\"RO-MO\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; color: #333333;\">Astfel, ace\u015ftia s-au ar\u0103tat disponibili de a identifica fundamente de colaborare \u00een diverse domenii. Printre acestea se \u00eenscrie acordarea suportului reciproc \u00een organizarea mobilit\u0103\u021bilor academice pentru studen\u021bi\/ masteranzi \u0219i profesori din Republica Moldova \u0219i Polonia, preg\u0103tirea cadrelor didactice, organizarea desf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103rii practicii de specialitate \u00een institu\u021bii de drept din ambele state.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span lang=\"RO-MO\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 7.5pt 0cm;\"><span lang=\"RO-MO\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; background: white;\">Pentru informare, \u00een perioada octombrie 2022 \u2013 mai 2023 \u00een cadrul facult\u0103\u021bii de Drept a USM a fost implementat proiectul \u201e\u0218coala de drept polonez\u201d, sus\u021binut financiar de Guvernul Poloniei. Prima promo\u021bie de absolven\u021bi a constituit un num\u0103r de 13 studen\u021bi din Republica Moldova.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 7.5pt 0cm;\"><span lang=\"RO-MO\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;
