Participarea la conferin\u021b\u0103 este gratuit\u0103, \u00eens\u0103 costurile de participare (transport, cazare, etc.) sunt acoperite de fiecare participant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Sunt invita\u021bi s\u0103 participe reprezentan\u021bi ai mediului \u015ftiin\u0163ific \u015fi educa\u0163ional na\u021bional \u0219i interna\u021bional, ai institu\u0163iilor de stat, ai corpului diplomatic \u015fi organiza\u0163iilor non-guvernamentale, doctoranzi, mediul de afaceri, publicul larg interesat de problematica anun\u0163at\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Invit\u0103m toate persoanele interesate s\u0103 expedieze propuneri de paneluri dedicate temei Conferin\u021bei \u0219tiin\u021bifico-practice interna\u021bionale \u201eSTATUL, SECURITATEA \u0218I DREPTURILE OMULUI \u00ceN ERA DIGITAL\u0102\u201d. Persoanele interesate pot \u00eenainta una sau c\u00e2teva propuneri de panel. Se va \u021bine cont de faptul c\u0103 persoana care \u00eenainteaz\u0103 propunerea de panel, va fi parte a comitetului organizatoric \u0219i este responsabil\u0103 de identificarea paneli\u0219tilor \u0219i de moderarea discu\u021biilor (\u00een format mixt, fa\u021b\u0103 \u00een fa\u021b\u0103, online &#8211; \u00een func\u021bie de posibilit\u0103\u021bile participan\u021bilor).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Propunerea de panel \u00eenaintat\u0103 va respecta urm\u0103toarele condi\u021bii de baz\u0103:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Titlul panelului,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Lista participan\u021bilor (numele, prenumele, func\u021bia, institu\u021bia, adresa de email, titlul comunic\u0103rii),<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Formatul de organizare a discu\u021biilor (mixt, fa\u021b\u0103 \u00een fa\u021b\u0103, online).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Limbile de comunicare la conferin\u021b\u0103 vor fi: rom\u00e2n\u0103, englez\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Fiecare participant poate fi autor sau coautor la cel mult 2 lucr\u0103ri. Participation in the conference is free of charge but the costs of participation (transportation, accommodation, etc.) are to be arranged and paid by each participant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">We invite all interested parties, from representatives of the national and international scientific and educational environment to public institutions, diplomatic bodies and non-governmental organizations, PhD students, business environment, and the public interested in the topic to join.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">All interested participants are invited to submit panel proposals on the topic of the International Scientific and Practical Conference \u201eSTATE, SECURITY AND HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE DIGITAL AGE&#8221;. Those interested may submit one or several panel proposals. Please note that the person submitting the panel proposal will be part of the organizing committee and is responsible for identifying the panelists and for moderating the discussions (in a mixed format, face-to-face, or online &#8211; depending on the participants&#8217; possibilities).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">The panel proposal shall respect the following basic conditions:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">1) Panel title,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">2) List of participants (name, surname, position, institution, e-mail address, title of the communication),<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">3) Format of the panel (mixed, face-to-face, online).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">The working languages at the conference will be Romanian, English, and Russian.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Each participant may be author or co-author of maximum of 2 papers.
