Evenimentul \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 aduc\u0103 \u00een aten\u021bie o dezbatere de actualitate privind persisten\u021ba tradi\u021biei constitu\u021bionale \u0219i capacitatea acesteia de a se adapta exigen\u021belor constitu\u021bionalismului european contemporan. Totodat\u0103, va oferi o platform\u0103 pentru schimb de idei, analizarea provoc\u0103rilor \u0219i oportunit\u0103\u021bilor curente \u0219i va contribui la consolidarea colabor\u0103rii dintre cercet\u0103torii din domeniul dreptului constitu\u021bional \u0219i al \u0219tiin\u021belor conexe.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Distinguished colleagues,<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    We are pleased to invite you to participate in the proceedings of the <\/strong>of the scientific conference with international participation, titled <\/strong>“THE SURVIVAL OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL TRADITION IN THE PATTERNS OF EUROPEAN CONSTITUTIONALISM”, organized by the Department of Public Law, the Scientific Research Laboratory `Comparative Public Law and E-Governance` <\/strong>and the Institute of Legislative Creation and Comparative Law.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The event aims to bring to the forefront a timely debate on the persistence of constitutional tradition and its capacity to adapt to the requirements of contemporary European constitutionalism. At the same time, it will provide a platform for the exchange of ideas, the examination of current challenges and opportunities, and will contribute to strengthening cooperation among scholars in the field of constitutional law and related disciplines.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      The event will take place on March 27, 2026, at the Faculty of Law, Moldova State University, in a hybrid format.<\/strong><\/p>\n
